I saw this kind of nail polish on a blog(sorry,I don't remeber which blog) and I knew then that I should have it! Yesterday I bought it.The nail polish costs around 7€.I did a little research and I found another nail polish(OPI) like this at Sephora;I think that there it costs about 12€.
Alix Avien Nail Deco polish crackle when is layered on top of another polish. There are 4 colors:white,black,blue and pink.I bought the black one.
Instructions:
Step 1: Apply any nail polish on clean and dry nail as a base for "Nail Deco".Let it dry for a few minutes.
Step 2: Apply one layer of "Nail Deco" color over your nails,try to cover your whole nail at once.
"Nail Deco" will start cracking instantly.

I like crackling top coats really much. Firstly, you don't know how your nails are going to look like (always something new) and secondly, it protects the nails and the nail polish lasts longer.
